1. General
By contacting, ordering from, or using the services of CV. Mainankayu.com ("Mainan Kayu", "we", "us"), you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all transactions, both domestic and export.
2. Orders
All orders must be confirmed in writing (WhatsApp, email, or our quotation system). An order is considered valid after we issue an invoice/purchase order and the deposit payment is received. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders that do not meet minimum requirements or exceed our production capacity.
3. Pricing & Quotations
Prices stated in quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of the quotation, unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice for unconfirmed orders. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for domestic transactions and USD for export transactions unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payment
Domestic orders: bank transfer, Virtual Account (VA), and QRIS. Export orders: Telegraphic Transfer (TT). Standard payment terms for new buyers: 80% deposit before production begins, 20% balance before shipment. For repeat buyers, payment terms are negotiable. Late payment may result in production delays or order cancellation.
5. Production & Lead Time
Standard lead time is 14–30 business days depending on quantity and product complexity. OEM/custom orders with new designs may require longer lead times, which will be agreed upon before production begins. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, raw material supply disruptions, etc.).
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship throughout Indonesia and internationally. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated in the quotation. For export orders: applicable Incoterms will be agreed upon in the contract (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.). Risk transfers to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms. We are not responsible for damage or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
7. Samples
Product samples are available before mass production. Sample costs are determined based on the type and complexity of the product and must be paid in advance. Sample costs may be credited toward your first production order.
8. Returns & Warranty
We guarantee product quality in accordance with agreed specifications. Claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods, accompanied by photo/video documentation. Returns are only accepted for products with proven manufacturing defects, not for mishandling or shipping damage. We do not accept returns for OEM/custom products that have been manufactured according to the buyer's specifications.
9. OEM & Custom Orders
The buyer is fully responsible for the legitimacy of submitted designs (not infringing third-party copyrights or trademarks). We reserve the right to reject designs that are deemed unethical, illegal, or potentially infringing on third-party intellectual property rights. Design files, molds, and tooling created specifically for a buyer's order remain the property of Mainan Kayu unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Intellectual Property
All product designs, trademarks, content, and marketing materials of Mainan Kayu (Nobie Toys, Kajeng Ireng) are owned by CV. Mainankayu.com. Unauthorized use, copying, or modification is prohibited without written permission. Resellers and agents are permitted to use our product materials for the purpose of selling Mainan Kayu products.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through deliberation. If no agreement is reached, resolution will be through the competent court in South Tangerang, Indonesia.
